Vin d’Orange | $26.50

Unearthed from a century-old French winemaking manual, our adaptation of this classic Provencal apéritif reflects our effort to revive lost and otherwise forgotten beverages from the archive. It features aromatic white wine, Seville oranges, and a host of botanicals like rose petals and cardamom. Several months of aging yields a golden color, floral bouquet, and balanced bitter finish to rival the best apéritif wines of Europe. On the rocks or spritzed with bubbles, it’s the ideal opener to a great meal. Mixes brilliantly into classics like a Negroni, Paper Plane, or Martini. Also lends a botanical kick to drinks with tequila or mezcal. Kept refrigerated, a bottle will remain fresh for weeks. 500ml. 18.5% ABV.

Vino Amaro Formula No. 17 | $32.00

Evoking the rich Italian tradition of digestivo, our Vino Amaro represents years of archival research, the finest ingredients, and patience.  Young walnuts, rhubarb root, and an array of aromatic and bittering agents are steeped in brandy and Willamette Valley Pinot Noir.  Five years of aging yields a complexity and depth reminiscent of the wines of the Italian Alps and Piedmont.  Taken straight or with a splash of soda, it’s an ideal close to a great meal – herbaceous, even medicinal, and bold.  Blend with bourbon or brandy into new versions of old classics like a Manhattan, Paper Plane, or the Hanky Panky.  The adventurous may enjoy it with Calvados, Pisco, or Mezcal.  Kept refrigerated, a bottle will remain fresh for weeks. 500ml. 18.5% ABV.
